Whitneyville No. 1 1/2, .32 RF compact Revolver
This Whitneyville is in excellent condition. Possibly the best from this manufacturer. It retains bright original nickel and vibrant case colors on the hammer and trigger. The action is accurate and strong, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly. The bore of the 3 inch barrel is good, with sharp rifling . The black hard rubber grips are excellent and undamaged, and show no signs of usage. Matching numbers on the frame, barrel and cylinder excellent overall.
History & Background
Eli Whitney may have been one of the most important inventors in American history. The perfection of his cotton gin – a machine which made the separation of cotton fibers from the plant fast and easy - in 1793 changed the economy and social structure of the young USA forever, foreshadowing the civil war, and the end to slavery. Whitney’s inventive genius did not stop at the cotton gin however, and he would become known as the single largest manufacturer of firearms in his day. Samuel Colt was so impressed with Whitney’s capabilities that he awarded him the entire contract for manufacture of his newly invented Walker revolvers while his own factory was being built. Whitney’s son Eli Jr. would take over the company in 1831 and over his lifetime achieved a level of fame and reputation on the same level as Colt, Smith and Wesson, and Remington. The “Whitneyville Armory” in New Haven, CT was one of the largest arms manufactures in America until its sale to Winchester in 1888. No other American maker can match the variety of muskets, rifles, handguns and shotguns designed and manufactured as Whitney

Antique British bulldog, 455

Very nice Antique British bulldog. This is a very nice 455 Webley calibre British bulldog with the original 6 inch barrel as you will notice the site is at the 2 1/2 inch mark I’ve been told that was for import and sale reasons and people would cut the barrel to the length they liked when it was purchased. This one is all original functions perfect, lock up and timing is excellent and single and double action holster included. grips are in excellent condition, most of the bluing is gone a nice pretty brown patina remains.
This is an excellent opportunity to own an Antique status Fully functional revolver. Typical black powder corrosion but lots of visible rifling. No PAL required.

Mechanics are strong and work excellently. Bore has crisp rifling and no BP pitting. Grips are in excellent condition. It will come with a set of dies and 50 new starline brass. Antique Status Colt 1877 Thunderer Chambered in .41 LC

I am selling my Antique status Colt 1877 DA revolver. The revolver was made in 1895, and functions perfectly. You can look up the date of manufacture on colts manufacture date website. The serial number is 100,9XX. The revolver is chambered in .41 long colt, which is now obsolete.
The revolver is free of any rust, and pitting. It does have a light patina. As you can see in the photos the revolver is in great condition. The revolver cycles perfectly. I have not fired the revolver, and if you plan on doing that I would heavily implore you to take it to a gunsmith prior to doing so. Buyer pays for shipping.
The revolver has antique status, and is not subject to the handgun freeze. I suspect that since you don't need a PALs to purchase this I will be getting numerous people who will waste my time. I will not entertain it. I won't drive the gun to you so you can inspect it. I won't mail it to you without payment. If it isn't marked as sold then it is available. So don't ask. People have also asked for COD. I won't do that either. I don't need the money. I am just freeing up space. So don't think you can haggle me.
These sound like ridiculous requests, but I have sold antiques before, and received a borage of these requests. If two people contact me the first to EMT me gets the revolver.
I am a friendly guy, and easy to talk to, but I will not tolerate any nonsense. Text me I will usually respond within the hour.

Antique Scarce Factory Engraved National Arms Co. Deringer No.2

This is a factory engraved National Arms Co. Single Shot No.2 Deringer. National Arms Co. produced these from 1865-1870. In 1870 they were purchased by Colt who continued to make their own versions of this firearm. This is a .41 rimfire with a 2-1/2” twist barrel on a brass frame with a spur trigger. The barrel address is faint but still visible. The walnut grips show a fair bit of wear and have a crack in the left side. Mechanically the hammer spring is strong and still seems to function. This is a good to very good condition item that would display beautifully in any collection.
This is an antique so no PAL is required for purchase. Buyer must be 18 or older and able to prove it. Shipping is available at buyers expense.

Antique Second Year Production Colt New Line

This is a second year production Colt New Line First Model. Approximately 7000 were produced from 1874 to 1879. It has a 2-1/4” barrel and 5 shot fluted cylinders chambered in .41 rimfire with a spur trigger. These were available in multiple calibres ranging from .22 to .41. The .41 was commonly referred to as the “Big Colt”. This firearm retains most of its original finish. The grips are in beautiful condition having an expected amount of light handling marks for its age. Mechanically in excellent condition with strong springs, perfect timing and lock up.

Antique First Year Production Colt Model 1862 Police

This is a First Year Production Colt Model 1862 Police Revolver. Widely believed to be the most aesthetically pleasing of all the Colt percussion revolvers. Many of these were later converted to metallic cartridges making these scarce on todays market. It has a 4-1/2” barrel with a 5 shot fluted cylinder chambered in .36 percussion. This is a well used firearm displaying numerous handling marks on the barrel and cylinder while still having a strong barrel address. There is a small chip at the bottom of the grip on the right side, with not many other handling marks the grips are in very good condition. Mechanically it is still in perfect condition with solid timing and lockup. This Colt comes with a period correct holster that is fitted to the gun. No Colt collection would be complete without a Colt 1862 Police Model.
